durango just got on my nerves after 2 years. I bought it brand new w/ 9 miles on it and sold it almost 2 years to the date w/ 17,700 miles on it. It comes down to hating american built cars - i hate their big stupid buttons/switches/knobs, and of course their horrible reputation for falling apart. Only 2 months after buying it i had an overheating problem, and then 5 months after that i had the same problem, then the week i go to sell my durango the back passenger pwr window stops working - keep in mind i've probably used that window a total of 20 times max. Also, my neighbor has a 98 durango w/ 75k miles on it and is on her 2nd tranny (hers went literally 1 month after her factory warranty expired) and has replaced her driver shaft or something along those lines 2 times now. I got tired of the size too - while my Z was out of commision for 8 months i got sick of driving that big bitch all over this small town. Not only that but no matter what i did she shook badly over 60 mph - i tried everything and it kept doing it. Long story longer - i hate american and it started to get on my nerves. My buddies pathfinder always made me think how much smoother, classier, and well built it was compared to mine - also felt quicker/faster too.
a quote from 2 yrs ago: "call me when you are man enough to go to a *real* track and run some *real* times or are you afraid you might mess up your cool snow plow front bumper or your darth vader hood??. Until then Jack "I don't know how to turn a knob" B. you have nothing to say about me or my car. Put up or shut the f*ck up :-)."
